ETD has dedicated QC teams in China, Vietnam and Bangladesh who undergo pre-in-line, in-line and final inspections. Through these findings, further fabric testing and quality inspections may be deemed necessary. Rest assured, we always keep clients in the loop and seek approval before proceeding with supplementary tests.

Production

Pre-production meetings are supported via email, phone calls or video chat. We make sure clients have approved the pre-production sample before allowing bulk production to proceed.

A bill of materials (BOM) is generated to provide a comprehensive inventory not only of the raw materials, parts and components needed to manufacture the product, but also of the quantities of each that are required. Our team will take care of all the purchasing and logistics required of the aforementioned materials so that everything arrives at the factory in accordance with deadlines.

We understand that clients appreciate staying up to date with the status of their order, which is why we provide close support throughout the entire production process with daily or weekly WIP reports. Any queries or issues in between are handled by our capable merchandisers.
